Painted Pumpkin "Pizza" DIY
Here’s a fun project for rounding out your autumn decor—great for adding a little whimsy and color to a fall tablescape, or a patch of carved jack-o-lanterns. Our friend Alexis Murphy shows you how to create these fun art projects, made even more fun with a glass of La Crema Chardonnay!
Fall is in full swing and it’s the perfect season for Painted Pumpkin Pizza!

For this fun and simple “recipe,” you’ll need mini-pumpkins, yellow spray paint, paint pens or permanent markers and a round “stencil” that is slightly smaller than the diameter of your pumpkins. (I used a jumbo paper punch and just made a hole in a piece of card stock.)

Place stencil on top of pumpkin and apply a few layers of spray paint, allowing to dry a few minutes after each layer.

Now your pizza is ready for toppings…

I added pepperoni…

black olives…

Mushrooms and bell peppers before making sure the crust was a golden brown.

There’s nothing better than a seasonal craft that pairs perfectly with enjoying a glass of wine.

Just like ordering real pizza, you can deliver this DIY in 30 minutes or less!
