Pinot Noir Chocolate Truffles
Valentine’s Day is over, but that’s no reason not to indulge yourself. Our friend, Julie Blanner created a decadent and easy-to-make chocolate truffle recipe you just have to try. Best of all there are just four ingredients and six steps needed to create home-made chocolate bliss.

Pinot Noir Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 12 oz chocolate, chopped
- ½ c heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Pinot Noir
- Cocoa
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low, bring cream to a simmer.
- Meanwhile, place chocolate in a medium bowl.
- Add red wine to cream and stir.
- Pour cream over chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight until somewhat solid.
- Roll mixture into small balls, coat with cocoa and refrigerate until served.
