The Versatile Summer Slider
Informal, tasty and fun to dress up! These sliders are a hit for end-of-summer small bites and proof good things come in small packages.
[Tip:] We prefer to make our own buns from frozen white dinner rolls. This takes some thawing time so be sure to give yourself a couple hours before you are ready to eat.
The Versatile Summer Slider
Ingredients

- Fresh-ground hamburger meat
- Cherry tomatoes
- Vine ripened tomatoes
- Onion
- Lettuce
- Ketchup
- Mustard

- Whatever else you like on your burgers
Instructions
- Spray cupcake tins with cooking spray. Place separated frozen rolls into the cupcake tin, spray the tops with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to thaw but not rise. About 30 minutes.
